Selection Process

Our selection process is designed to identify candidates with leadership potential and a genuine commitment to growth.

Shortlisted Interviews

Selected candidates are invited for interviews to discuss their aspirations and fit with the programme.

Successful applicants receive fellowship offers and proceed with programme onboarding.
